Amazing set of dumbbells if you have a small space. You don't need a lot of room to have a lot of different weights all combined into one!




I use this protein powder daily! So many flavours to choose from, plus you can order a smaller size bag to try a flavour before you spend money on the large container. I like to add mine into plain greek yogurt with a 1/4 of the amount being whipped cream. Tastes more like a treat!


Have fun transforming your body with a peloton! I personally have one and have been using it faithfully for almost 2 years. Great for all fitness levels!
